Hey Lifted! Fam -
What a GREAT rehearsal yesterday! As we get closer to the concert, my heart is so encouraged! Our young people are sounding amazing. They are also improving on movement and performance energy as we’ve been talking about the importance of embodying the confidence of our message.
I want to make sure that we are all on the same page about rehearsals between now and April 5th. Please review the list below and put any rehearsals on your calendar that are relevant to you. Please note that the rehearsals on 3/26 and 4/02 are mandatory, as we will be doing full concert run-throughs at that time.
3/20/25 - (Optional) Additional Thursday Rehearsal @ Lake B - 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
3/24/25 - Special Ensemble Rehearsal @ Lake B - 5:00 PM- 7:00 PM
03/26/25 – MANDATORY Rehearsal @ Lake B – 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
04/02/25 - MANDATORY Rehearsal @ John Knox Presbyterian - 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
04/03/25 - (Optional) Additional Thursday Rehearsal @ Lake B - 5:00 PM- 7:00 PM
The optional rehearsals listed above are for anyone who feels like they need additional practice before the show. The first optional rehearsal is tonight and we have another scheduled for the week of the concert. If you plan to attend either of the extra rehearsals, please shoot me a quick email at crystalhairston@lbpc.org so that I know how many to anticipate.

If you are able, please consider donating individually shelf stable snacks to the Lifted! pantry by bringing them to any rehearsal and giving them to Brianna at the check in table.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Tickets will be checked at the door, so please make sure to reserve a ticket for anyone attending, and reserve only what you need so that we can make sure all the seats are filled. Thanks!

Chorister Attire: Chorister attire for the spring concert will be jeans, Lifted! t-shirts, and comfortable shoes. Choir stoles will be provided the day of the concert.
