Joy: Final Concert Details for Tomorrow

Hey Lifted! Fam -

IT’S TIME!! All of our hard work is leading to a JOYOUS day tomorrow! As a reminder for those who are unable to attend, the concert will be professionally recorded and we will give families access the week following our show so that you can share with friends and family.

Here are all the details you need to know for the concert this Saturday!

Location: John Knox Presbyterian Church, 109 SW Normandy Rd., Normandy Park, WA 98166

All choristers should be dressed and ready for call time at 10:45 AM. The schedule is tight, so please be on time and ready to go!

Drop-off Instructions: Please drop off your child(ren) at John Knox Presbyterian Church at 10:45 am. Children should be dropped off at the gym. You will need to park and walk your child to the gym. If you are standing in front of the double doors that say "Worship Center", you will see a covered walkway to your right that leads to a gymnasium. Please drop your child(ren) off here and they will be escorted to the Worship Center for soundcheck. If you are late, please bring your child directly to the Worship Center.

Chorister's Schedule: Choristers will sound check at 11:00 am. There will be a group photo taken after sound check at 11:55 am. After they are finished, all choristers will go back to the gym for lunch. A taco lunch will be served 12:00-12:45 PM. We have several adults who will be chaperoning and providing lunch to the choir, so your child is in great hands!

Pick-up Instructions: After the concert, please pick up your child(ren) from the gym where you dropped them off. All choristers will need to be signed out to their adult. Children will not be able to leave without their caregiver, so please pick them up before going to the reception.

Attire: All choir members should come in blue jeans, Lifted! t-shirt, and comfortable shoes. Choir stoles will be provided at the church.

What Choristers Need to Bring:

Water bottle
Come dressed in your concert attire

Concert Time: The concert will go from 1:00-2:30 PM. It will be open seating and doors open a 12:30 PM, so come early if you would like to get a seat up close.

Parking: There is plenty of parking at the church. If the front and side parking lots are full, there is an additional parking lot behind the building. We will have volunteers around to help you navigate parking.
