Volunteer Opportunities

This guide explains each volunteer role, what the work involves, and the impact on our choir community. Each team has a Lead (the main coordinator) and Support Members (helping hands).

General Process for All Teams

1. Sign Up: Indicate all areas that interest you.

2. Assignment: The Director assigns Leads/Support to balance teams.

3. Kickoff Meeting: Each team meets (briefly, in-person or virtual) to clarify duties.

4. Check-Ins: Leads update the Director and team members as needed.

5. Flexibility: You may be asked to help in more than one team during the year.
